TuneAIBot Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set forth the conditions for using the TuneAIBot AI operations software online service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service is provided using OpenAI’s GPT API.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides AI-powered chat functionality customized to meet each customer’s specific objectives and business operations, based on AI models (GPT) provided by OpenAI.
Article 3 (Conditions of Use)
1. Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility.
2. The Service is intended to provide reference information only and does not replace professional judgment in fields such as medical, legal, or financial matters.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)
1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or to third parties with legitimate rights.
2. The AI models (GPT) used in the Service are the property of OpenAI. Users may not decompile, reverse engineer, or reproduce them.
Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
1. Illegal acts, fraudulent activities, or actions that violate public order and morals using the Service
2. Impersonating others or disseminating false information
3. Operating chatbots in a way that may mislead users into believing they are interacting with a human (you must clearly disclose that it is AI)
4. Any activities that violate OpenAI’s usage policies (https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies)
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
1. We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of the Service.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
Article 7 (Service Suspension and Changes)
We may suspend or modify all or part of the Service without prior notice.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office as the court of first instance.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms shall take effect on March 6, 2026.
