TuneAIBot (“TuneAIBot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AI-based software
and related online services. This Privacy Policy explains what
information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how users
may request deletion of their data.

Information You Provide Directly

– Profile picture
– Facebook Page ID
– Facebook Page name
– Instagram account ID
– Public profile information
– Page or account data needed to provide TuneAIBot services
– Messages, comments, posts, leads, or analytics data, only if the
user grants the relevant permissions and the feature requires it

We only collect Meta/Facebook data that is necessary to provide the
features requested by the user.

Information Accessed Through Google APIs and Google Drive

If a user connects Google Drive to TuneAIBot, we may access, within the
scope authorized by the user through Google OAuth, files, folders, file
names, metadata, and other information necessary to provide TuneAIBot’s
Google Drive integration.

TuneAIBot accesses Google Drive data on a read-only basis. TuneAIBot
does not use this integration to modify or delete files in the user’s
Google Drive.

TuneAIBot uses Google user data obtained through Google APIs only to
import information selected by the user from Google Drive as a TuneAIBot
knowledge source and to provide or improve the user-facing AI features
and Google Drive integration associated with that user.

Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing,
advertising-related profiling, or purposes unrelated to providing or
improving the user-facing Google Drive integration and related TuneAIBot
functionality.

Google user data and information generated from that data for the
purpose of providing TuneAIBot functionality may be stored in our
systems only to the extent and for the period reasonably necessary to
provide the requested TuneAIBot features, subject to the retention and
deletion provisions of this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or share Google user
data with third parties except as permitted by the Google API Services
User Data Policy and as necessary to provide the requested
functionality.

TuneAIBot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs
will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the
Limited Use requirements.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

– To provide, operate, and maintain TuneAIBot services
– To create and manage user accounts
– To authenticate users, including through Facebook Login or other
Meta platform tools
– To process purchases and payments
– To provide AI-based software features requested by users

We do not sell users’ personal information.

Notwithstanding the general purposes described in this section, Google
user data obtained through Google APIs is used only for the purposes
described in the section “Information Accessed Through Google APIs and
Google Drive” above.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share user information only when necessary for the purposes
described in this Privacy Policy.

We may share information with:

– Payment processors and financial institutions, to process purchases
– Service providers, contractors, or partner companies that help us
operate, maintain, improve, or provide TuneAIBot services
– Hosting, analytics, security, and technical support providers
– Legal authorities, if disclosure is required by law or valid legal

When we share information with service providers, we require them to
handle personal information appropriately and use it only for the
services they provide to us.

We do not disclose full credit card numbers, card expiration dates, or
other sensitive payment details except as needed by authorized payment
processors.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is subject to the
additional restrictions described in Section 1 and is not transferred or
shared except as permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy
and as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

After receiving a deletion request, we will review the request and
delete or anonymize the relevant personal information unless retention
is required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention, dispute

Users who connected TuneAIBot to Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta
service may also request deletion of Meta-related data by emailing the
same address.

Users who connected Google Drive to TuneAIBot may also request deletion
of Google user data obtained through Google APIs and related data stored
by TuneAIBot by emailing the same address.

7. User Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:

– Request access to their personal information
– Request correction of inaccurate personal information
– Request deletion of their personal information
– Withdraw permissions granted through Google, Meta/Facebook, or other
third-party platforms
– Stop using TuneAIBot services and disconnect connected accounts

8. Legal Requests

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in
response to valid legal requests from public authorities, including
courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or government

believe a request is unlawful, invalid, or overly broad, we may
challenge, limit, or reject the request where legally permitted. When
disclosure is required, we aim to disclose only the minimum amount of

the individuals or parties involved in reviewing the request.
