User Data Deletion Instructions

TuneAIBot is a platform used and managed by each client organization.

If you are an end user who interacted with a chatbot, messaging channel, website widget, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, LINE, email, or other service powered by TuneAIBot, your data is controlled by the business, organization, or website that provided that chatbot or service.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data or conversation history, please contact the business or organization that operates the chatbot you used.

They are responsible for verifying your request and instructing TuneAIBot to delete the relevant data from their account.

If You Do Not Know Who to Contact

If you are unable to identify the organization that operates the chatbot, you may contact TuneAIBot support.

Please include:

• The website, page, Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number, LINE account, or email address where you interacted with the chatbot
• The approximate date of your interaction
• The name or account identifier you used, if applicable

TuneAIBot will review the request and, where possible, help identify the responsible client organization or process the deletion request in coordination with that organization.

Important Note

TuneAIBot does not directly control every end-user relationship. In most cases, TuneAIBot acts as a service provider or processor for the client organization that operates the chatbot.

Therefore, deletion requests should normally be submitted first to that client organization.
